The goal here was to make Best Buy the most human voice in tech.

But the thing is, if you are going to be that, things like “diversity, equity and inclusion” can’t just be a thing you do—they have to be at the core of who you are. And since Best Buy is the hub for all things tech, they’re in the unique position of seeing what the world needs and amplifying that. They can look at the connections we make through tech and say “More of this.”
